"Their washing process is good but the lady who helped me ripped my hair when detangling it for a roller set and burned half my hair because of too much heat. She also failed to use a heat protector before blow drying and straightening. I had to ask the other lady working in the shop that day to finish my hair because she seemed more aware. I'm in need of a serious haircut to get rid of my split ends. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE"
