"Went to get my Autistic 13 year old son a haircut today before going to see his grandparents. Walked in with my three teens with two males sitting in the waiting area. No idea if they were already waiting for a haircut. No one greeted us at all. Absolutely awful experience with the blonde big eared female who is right behind the counter wall. She comes around the corner and says “I will take the next one” without any eye contact and assuming I know who is next. She walked back to her chair and yelled “HELLO I said I will take who is next” with an attitude and then came back around and looked directly at me this time. Found myself apologizing because she made me so uncomfortable, saying “I’m sorry, I didn’t realize you were talking to me as I didn’t know who was next”. She didn’t say anything in response, not anything. I then asked my daughter to show her a picture of the haircut my son wanted (who is already uncomfortable sitting in her chair because of her attitude). She says “yeah pictures help” again with an attitude. She quickly looks at the pic and says he cant get it done (a tapered fade). At this point I don’t want her making things any worse for my kid, so I just asked for a trim which she says “to me a trim is one inch”. I tell her I would like the sides and back cleaned up and it out of his eyes. She charges me $31 for this cut below. Doesnt say a word to me and holds the credit card machine so she can see the tip, while tapping as if I am a bother to her. At this point I have had enough, so I denied a tip and she turned and walked off. I then said “heres a tip, have a better attitude”. She would have absolutely gotten a very generous tip of $20 had her attitude been completely different. Worst part of all, I read the reviews that said she had an awful attitude and yet I went because the male who answered the phone when I called ahead was kind and cheerful. I hate being a Grinch during the holidays but this was too much! Everyone else in the shop seemed calm and cheerful. Elderly man in the back even came up to my two other teens and was joking about giving them buzz cuts. My other son didn’t even get his haircut. Very disappointed and we won’t be back. Please listen to these reviews and stay away from this gal Kyra. The few good reviews on here for her are probably friends and family. I wish we had, as we now have to find another hair place to fix this awful cut two days before Christmas!"

"Went to this shop years ago and just came back. Found Kyra who did a great job for me. I'm told I have a difficult head and she was willing to hear me out and do her best to find a way to not have my hair not sticking up. Been back 3 times all good and consistent cuts and I didn't even need to remind her of the details of my hair issues. Thanks to the owners for setting up a nice place and thank you to Kyra to a great job, see you again!"

"This barber shop was one of the best I have been to. My barber was a gentleman named Rob and he took great care of me. Unfortunately I don’t live in the area but I recommend this place to anyone that does."

"My husband and son went to get cuts today and they look horrible. Worst cuts I’ve ever seen from a ‘professional’. Provided a picture of what our son wanted done (a previous cut of his) and it looks nothing like the picture, didn’t even bother to fade the back so now the hair is just sticking straight up which is why he went to get it cut in the first place. My husbands hair just looks a damn mess. I could have done a better job with kitchen shears!"
