ManCave For Men - Palm Beach Gardens Barbershop

"I decided to get a haircut at this location based on all the reviews. I will say the experience was very lackluster. I walk in and say I would like a haircut I was taken back to the chair. Not very personable or happy to be there it didn't seem. I sat down, and was asked how I wanted it cut. During this process there was very little talking which is fine. Based on the research I did about Mancave I thought I would have been offered a beer or a drink when I walked in or at least before we got started. There was no mention about a drink, any other services you offered, etc. I did say a haircut, but I assumed I would have been told about other services you offered to try to upsell, but nothing. At the very end she said all done. I was kind of shocked but didn't want to make a big deal of things when I was there. I figured it would be standard to use a blade and trim along the face, trim the eyebrows and around them. This has been standard at other barbers I have gone to. Again this might not be standard at your barbershop, but I did find it unusual. Other barbers will even use a hot rag and put on the back of your neck before they use a razor and get everything fully trimmed. I don't know what the standards are at Mancave so I might be in the complete wrong here. Most places will ask do you want a wash with the cut or gel in your hair, etc. It was literally nothing. It wasn't a great experience from what I have had at other barbershops."

"Was in need of a haircut since I was traveling and this one was available on a short notice. This by itself usually is not a good sign because normally a good barber shop is booked for day or weeks. What a great haircut from Elizabeth. One of the better ones I’ve had in a while. Since I have a “military” style cut she was able to get the fades just perfect and not just the same length all over. Really good barbershop and I just can’t believe their not packed with booking."
