"Tuesday, February 6, between 10 PM and 11 PM too horrible employees both were Hispanic. I understand a little bit of Spanish they thought I couldn’t understand. I just finished picking up medication has it come to this point how horrible people are I’m not a racist person but I have to say, one employee by the name of Michelle Delgado that used to be the store manager Cuban they only hire Cubans most of the time they don’t like blacks because they say Black people bring bad business and image to their stores and I told her that you guys just said something in Spanish you thought I didn’t understand I’ll speak to your managers about it. They said they didn’t care will not go back horrible specially, the Spanic woman working at night time between 10 and 11 horrible like she said, this is Miami and she still will have her job. No doubt she will because most of them are Cubans and that’s not cool at all. This is United States we are Americans still this is not Cuba."

"Worst pharmacy in Florida. They will not answer the phone. They will leave yo on hold for as long as it takes. You cannot outlast them. The pharmacy takes the lunch hour off. The phone tree is horrible. They supply you with options with very long gaps -- If you want xxx, press 1, wait wait, wait, wait, if you want yyy, press 2. If you select the option to speak with a representive, at the very end, you will be discomnnected. Apparently, they cannot stand talking to their customers."

"I called the pharmacy yesterday (8/30/23) at noon to ask them to transfer a new prescription to a different pharmacy, since I recently moved, and the lady who answered the phone said "if we are giving away business, your doctor should be the one to call, we will not transfer it to another pharmacy for you." i've never been spoken to like that before -- btw i also prescribe medications for patients, but this time I called as a patient requesting a simple transfer of antibiotic cream. it was not a major medication that required any large order or any prior auth. do you think this is any way to talk to a client who goes to cvs, or a medical professional? do you think anyone would refer their clients to cvs after this type of anger from the pharmacy tech? yikes..."

"I Purchased several BOGO perfumes and colognes at 3 CVS locations near my residence. There was a certain cologne in which they sold out of so they directed me to this location. Upon arrival, I was told by the store manager, they are not participating in the BOGOs. And all CVS stores are not the same. She refused to hear the customer and her co-worker was very rude as well. I can totally understand why this location has very very low Google ratings. They deserve it"
