"Ordered a poster to be printed. It was supposed to be ready 40 minutes later. I didn’t receive an email saying it was ready so I went to the store 4 hours after I ordered and they said the computer was down. They don’t bother canceling my order or calling to let me know they couldn’t do it. Only certain locations print poster so I had to drive out of the way to get there. And the lady rolled her eyes at me because I don’t speak Spanish. They wasted my time and energy and acted like I was the one inconveniencing her."

"Love this Walgreens ! Literally saved my life by filling my prescription … due to Miami traffic closing hours at the pharmacy is at 6pm and I got there a couple minutes before closing time and they were able to give me my prescription !! Sharon was amazing super pleased with her service and getting my prescription filled quickly … Yaritza and Kia were a great help as well ! Truly recommend to come to this Walgreens !!!"

"Received a call from the pharmacist (Dr. Sharon is her name supposedly) telling me my prescription was invalid and that they have tried calling my doctor but no response. Clearly, I don’t know what an invalid prescription is or I would not have asked. I ask the pharmacist, “I’m confused (medication name) is a valid medicine” (I’m thinking that she thinks the medication doesn’t exist or something, I have no idea, I was just confused). Her attitude flips 180 and she changes her tone to this condescending slow tone as if I were delayed…She tells me “no…you misunderstood let me repeat myself…blah blah blah your doctor didn’t sign it”. (Okay well that makes more sense. She never mentioned that the first time so I’m obviously going to question what was meant by the prescription being invalid). As she was speaking to me, I told her she didn’t need to speak slow to me as if I were dumb and I told her that her attitude sucked. She hung up on me. What type of educated pharmacist treats patients that way? I simply was confused and looking for clarification but if you’re going to get your medicine here, make sure it’s delivery only and never answer their telephone calls. No point in speaking to this terrible staff. I spoke to the assistant manager who felt horrible knowing that the pharmacist was in the wrong but let’s be honest, nothing is going to change here. Per the other reviews, this place is terrible and it’s not worth your sanity. There’s several other Walgreens along US-1."

"This pharmacy shouldn’t be operating. It feels amateurish and it makes you question the staffs or “pharmacists” qualifications. Customers had to tell them how to do their jobs. It was uncomfortably embarrassing. Personally, I wouldn’t trust this location with preparing my families meds. My only experience was enough to switch pharmacies."

"Every time I go to this pharmacy, they screw up on something. The communication between the employees there and customer is insufficient, language barriers, or whatever. Customer service is lacking. I try to avoid using this branch, but sometimes it is a matter of convenience. Each time I go here, I hope for nothing to be negative, but the inevitable always occurs. If my visit for whatever I am ordering were to go perfectly well, I would be very surprised. Going here unfortunately ends up as an inconvenience. The non-pharmacy of this store is pretty good."
