"I was charged $259 for a covid test. Was not told I'd be charged at all until I got a negative result. Called customer service and was told I'd be getting a partial refund in the mail. Never got the refund, this was in July 2021. -Update, I have in fact now received my refund. Thank you! And please inform people that you charge for Covid tests!"
