"The girls in the photo area were too rude and moody for me not to post a one star review. I would give no stars if that was an option. I think Walgreens needs to do a better job of making sure they hire people with a positive outlook and good customer service."

"Awful pharmacy. The pharmacy was out of my prescription. I asked if the pharmacist if she would be able to please fill the prescriptions with a lower dosage and the pharmacist who wasn’t busy said she would not help me. She would only answer if my doctor called. So I could not tell my doctor by text what to change the prescription to. Instead I had to ask her to call which wasted hours. And they were so rude about it on top of everything. Just really rude, miserable people"

"I sent my daughters for passport pictures. The clerk at Walgreens told one of my daughter that she needs to wear a dark blouse for the pictures. They came home to change her blouse and went back and he said to them that the camara was broken. What a terrible service and waste of time. Thank you Walgreens."

"Pharmacy. Yes randy has an attitude just equate him to someone waiting for retirement then you will understand. Manager Anwar is always helpful and reasonable. Other staff hit and miss. Some have personal bias against specific medications but in the end you will get your legit medications it will just be more effort and more waiting."

"It boggles the mind how neglected this Walgreens has become over the 6 years I have lived here. This neighbor charges its residents double HOA fees and I do understand they do not govern businesses. However, it seems only fair that the same strict standards should apply to the businesses that use the name Loggers Run in their title to represent the same standards that the patrons are held to. This Walgreens has slowly become a disorganized, filthy and neglected mess. The pharmacy is constantly and consistently disorganized and rude. The staff seem to be glued to their phones at the check out counters who barely seem interested to want to speak to you let alone offer basic customer service. There seems to be zero leadership and accountability. This location receives a lot of business from the residents in this area and should at the very least offer a clean, friendly and professional customer experience. This bathroom has not be cleaned once in the last week. I’ve had to pick up various prescriptions over the last week and last minute items and on all four visits over the last week the bathroom seems to have the same disgusting stains on the toilet. Seems like the place is falling apart sad to see this neighborhood shopping plaza at Loggers Run not being held to the same standard its residents are forced to comply to. The gas station and other businesses seem to be following suit and something needs to be done!"
