"The good news is that there's convenient parking for the ever-improving Suncoast Trail. With the opening of Ridge Road and the rolling northern Suncoast extension, the safe route options keep growing. The bad news is that there are no facilities except for two over-used port-a-potties. Better to start a little south at the Lutz Lake trailhead which has restrooms."

"I like to start from the trailhead off SR 54. It's a bit small but I've always been able to park there. Only 1 downside to it, there are only Porta Potties there and they're kind of gross. No water or TP for you. Luckily there are places close by. There's a bike pump and a few tool located near where you enter the trail. From the entry point you can go north or south. If you go south you'll have to cross SR 54 before continuing on. Going north you won't have a road crossing until you reach Ridge Road. But you don't need to cross and you can go left. It's a great option to have."

"I love this trail its a very smooth road but bit boring either direction you go, Going down to Lutz Lake Fern Rd or going all the way up Brooksville which is were it ends its an long distance that i may never accomplish in one full day but i do find it noisey being so close to the freeway. I sometimes play a game where I'd count the colors of vehicles and or brands/type I suggest to wear a hat, sunscreen, bring plenty of water."
