"Been shopping at this Publix store for 16 years. Good produce, friendly helpful staff but today I saw two dogs in the shopping cart. It’s not called a dog cart! The public then put their groceries and babies in those carts. What is your policy concerning this? Very unhygienic !!!"
"Imagine a world where baggers exist. This is not that world. Most of the staff is pleasant but unfortunately management couldn't care less. And of course this company hits you up for donations under the guise of doing good while they make record profits, don't pay their front line employees enough, and do nothing about the incredible cost of weekly groceries. PS don't but the fajita shells, they are a month gone by but at least they are on sale!"
"I visited Publix last week, and it was a delightful experience. The store boasts a wide array of fresh produce, neatly organized aisles, and a friendly staff always ready to assist. The variety of organic products impressed me, and their bakery section had an enticing aroma. However, it could improve by expanding its international food selection. Overall, a pleasant place for quality groceries!"
"I noticed this scam by Publix a while ago and it is in EVERY Publix store, not just this particular one that I happened to shop today. Its about their so called "Clearance" label. I noticed many products has labeled "clearance" with regular prices. Look at pictures. I asked a worker why product that marked as clearance still at regular prices. She scanned it with scanner tool and confirmed that is still regular priced. Then she called a middle aged guy who worked in next isle to explain the predicament. Guy approached me with rude and dismissive words and demeanor. And from all his mambo- jumbo all I could understand is that they post "clearance" signs on product "as a warning to customers that product is being discontinued, before lowering the prices"! I asked him whether he knows the difference between " discontinued ", " clearance " and "discounted"? I didn't expect a comprehensive or even coherent answer. All I got is rude:" Call the company!" I very well know its a time wasting and fruitless activity trying to call "Publix" or any other big, "important" corporation. So just posting this review."
