"I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for more than 20 years but the service quality and the professionalism have become so horrible the past years. I called the pharmacy and after 15 minutes on hold , the pharmacist picked up the phone. I mentioned that the cough syrup which was filled at the pharmacy has formed some weird orange crystalline beads stucking all over the bottle. Without checking or ask me anything, the pharmacist kept saying we filled you the right medication. Giving the benefit of the doubt, my guess is they probably mixed the two different manufacturers of the same medication together so after a few hours the crystalline beads formed , if they filled the right drug. She wasn’t even care to ask me what drug it was or how much I took it. I said that since she couldn’t help me I will fill out the medwatch from the FDA since this is really strange and not safe for me or anyone else to take. I hang up the phone and 3 hours later she called me back and said that after she talked with the pharmacy manager I could bring the bottle back to get exchange. When I brought the bottle back , the manager was very argumentative and loudly asked me “did you or anyone in your house contaminate the medicine? no one has this problem just you” I couldn’t believe he even said that. I was baffled that he even thought like that and accused me to harm myself? Or my family tried to poison me by contaminating the medication ? What kind of idiotic question/accusation is that! Then he implied that I shouldn’t go to this pharmacy and I can only shop the outside of pharmacy. How awful and obnoxious of a comment it was. This is why this pharmacy can’t improve because they don’t want to improve on their shortcomings but instead blaming the customers. Several technicians don’t wear their name tags. the other day , I called the pharmacy to refill medications, the technician picked up the phone and put me on hold for 30 minutes. I then asked her why she put me on hold for 30 minutes, she rudely said it’s busy, what do you want. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me since she knew that she was very rude. On the phone I specifically said please filled the medications of the same manufacturers I got the last time. She hang up abruptly. Of course when I came to pick up the medications, after waiting in line for 20 minutes and I was the 2nd person in the line. They filled the wrong manufacturers, waited for another 15 more minutes to get refund and the technician didn’t print out the receipt of refund because the machine was jammed and she didn’t know how to fix it. Technician called someone up front (waited 10 more minutes for this)she had no clue how to fix it . I’ve spent almost an hour here with unprofessional and rude staffs."

"I went there today and they are permanently closed. the sign on the door directs you to go to the CVS at red bug in tuskawilla now. that's unfortunate, the CVS was close to my house I really enjoyed going there."

"I rarely leave reviews, but this review is a must! One of the best CVS Stores. Every time I go in usually during the day, there are 2 ladies working. As soon as you walk in they greet you with the biggest smile and always go that extra mile to help you. It’s very rare that you get the customer service that these 2 ladies provide at any other retail store. Also the store is always so neat and clean. Great job CVS in finding the best employees. Highly recommend."

"We visit CVS at least once or twice a week. Always clean and employees are always very helpful and professional. Especially love the rewards program with the volume of purchases we buy at CVS. Another key aspect is in their vitamin sections they're always seems to be great either buy one get one or buy one get 50% off on vitamin products"

"There is a reason why this particular store has such low rating. The store manager does not know how to handle customer request. I went in and tried to use my insurance to get covid testing kits and pharmacy took 30 minutes and found out that I couldn’t. So I decided to purchase it myself by credit card. During the course of 30-40 minutes while I was in the store, nobody cared to mention that the testing kits are not returnable. I ended up not using them, so I went back to return. The store manager declined and I called customer service who declined as well. Everyone has very firm attitude that these are non-returnable, which I understand if that’s company’ policy during pandemic. What makes me frustrated, is that nobody recognized that if the item’s return policy is different from the rest of the store, it’s worth mentioning to the customer, especially the customer has spent 30 minutes trying to have it covered by insurance. A good manager will educate the customer company’s policy while taking on its own responsibility, a poorly-trained store manager will re-literate over and over again the company policy while becoming argumentative and shy away from store’s responsibility. Will not return to this store for anything and will not recommend this store to anyone I know."
