"I want to love it here because it’s organized and clean, but they barely take any items. They have so many rules around when/what they buy that it makes trips to sell almost pointless. They close their buy counter every day at 3pm, and sometimes earlier. It’s hard to know when that happens, as they do not always update their social media. I’ve wasted trips multiple times. They state they are overstocked on things like baby girl clothes, but I rarely find items for my daughter."

"This is one of the worst Once Upon A Child Stores I have ever been in and shopped in . The staff here are never friendly and the customer service is terrible . Everytime I turn around this store is blowing my phone up with text messages that they’re buying counter is closed pretty much every day pretty early than other stores . Plus their staff turnaround is awful , always a new face when I stop in . Do yourself a favor and avoid this store . Whoever owns this store and runs it does not know how to properly staff or keep the store running in a manner that is acceptable for their customers ."

"Amazing shop for gently used children's items. While the focus here is on clothing, there are also lots of toys, cribs, books, etc. The clothing is well sorted and various sizes and styles. Prices are a fraction of the cost of these items new. Sizes from infant to older children."

"It's a well organized store with bunch of baby items. Since a baby grows out of clothes so fast it's definitely worth checking it out so you are not constantly spending $10 or more for clothes. I've also sold a bag full of clothes here. Of course you shouldn't expect to get a whole lot of money but I wanted to get rid of items that I no longer needed so it was a win-win."

"Great place to shop for baby clothes, crib, baby items, pajamas, bathing suits, shoes, toys, and anything you need for a baby. There are no dressing rooms and the prices are a little bit higher than Goodwill."
