"First time here and was immediately greeted by the owner. In fact the owner himself cut my hair. My only complaint is that I was not happy with the way he cut the back of my hair and had to return to have him fix it. Upon speaking with him he argued it was not poorly cut despite me making my claim. He claimed having years of experience but I did not see experience in my haircut."
