He took his time to asked the right questions regarding my son's haircut, also the upkeep for not just a style or clean cut for good maintenance on his hair. Was very patience with me and my son. "The young guy Is not a barber he is playing barber with people hair! He made a simple haircut one of the worst experiences ever, he cut one side complete different from the other, none of the lines were straight, the height of the hair was uneven in some places. As a barber if you don't understand the task at hand say that, then he tried to hide the botched work with dye as if it wouldn't wash off when you shower. This is what was upsetting and I have to find another barber to correct this. Not pleased at all"
"Got there on time for my appointment but no one wanted to cut my hair?! They simple walked around and ignored me while I sat on the bench for an extra 12 mins. I walked out and instantly got a message that my appointment got canceled. They were quick to cancel my appointment but slow for everything else lol. Bad customer service"
