"Not cordial at all! Walked in...5 barbers just sitting in their chairs. NO acknowledgement at all. I had to walk up to them. Asked if they took walk-ins. After an uncomfortable pause of dead silence, they all looked at each other and the one who looked most annoyed..started to walk to another chair. I guess that was my que to follow him..which I did. Sat in the chair and in 11 minutes and I mean 11 minutes the man was done. My skin fade was complete. It was not a good cut. Like the other review stated " it was like a military cut. No finesse, no pride, no hospitality. I was doing them a favor!!! In my total stay of about 15 minutes, I did not see a customer. ( although to be fair it was a Monday, around 2pm ) This is the very first time I have ever reviewed any service. And, the only reason I did...was the other bad experiences were very, very similar to mine. I have a sneaky suspicion that many of the positive reviews are friends and family. How could they not be?"
"Absolutely the worst haircut and salon experience I’ve ever had in 4 decades. I should’ve read the first warning sign, when their phone number listed on Google didn’t work, but instead I decided to stop by. Not a friendly welcome, my guy barely spoke English and treated my head like sheering sheep, the entire time with the back to the mirror and phone in the other hand. At one point he just walked out to talk on the phone, met with someone and came back in, without saying excuse me, explaining, whatever. Just walked out, handled his business and came back. The dude across from me, same thing: texting with one hand, trimming with the other. I have no clue how they stay in business. The absolute most horrendous, poor service and quality barber shop I’ve ever seen. If you’ve ever watched a prison or war movie where they’re giving some prisoner a haircut before processing, you can expect the same level quality right at Brana barber shop on Vanderbilt Beach Rd."
