"Free public Wifi - water refill stations - clean bathrooms - gift shop. Very friendly staff, too - if you want to watch one of the National Park videos, ask the staff and they can start that for you in the adjacent theater."
"Talk about setting your soul free! This place never fails to reduce my stress. Beautiful waterfront park with free parking and a very nice visitors center with clean restrooms. Not to mention the park benches and cookout areas and occasionally the sightings of wildlife. Good place to go fishing as well."
"Small visitor center. Out of the way. One beautiful hike out into the water. Saw lots of fish near this boardwalk. Less than 1 mile walk round trip."
"I loved it, the rangers were very helpful to me. They also have a junior ranger program for kids they complete a packet and get a badge. They also have a coral reef ranger program which is the same thing except you get a patch. Biscayne is 90 percent under water. It is very important that you get a reservation for water activities so you can enjoy your stay."
"Very nice visitor center. Friendly and helpful staff. Souveniers shop. Purchase tickets for cruises, paddling, kayaking, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Sandwiches, water, soda, and snacks are available for purchase in the shop. There is plenty of parking for compact cars and trucks/boats, etc. Both the Tour Guide Elizabeth and Boat Capt James were wonderful. Very informative and nice, which made the cruise enjoyable."
