"I’ve received great haircuts from this place. When they have cut my hair I’ve had good conversation and they have given me plenty of time to thoroughly cut my hair. The ambiance is nice too, as everyone is laid back and playing good music. However, I recently had a poor experience here. I walked in and some people said hello when I walked in. I waited around thirty minutes and was never addressed again. Barbers were coming and going, and there was a barber at the back at his station with no client so I was confused. Maybe he was waiting for a client he had scheduled. However, it would be nice if someone would have told me what the wait was for and how long to expect. I was the only client in the waiting chairs. I waited for thirty minutes and then left out of frustration."
"Ryan did an awesome job, and he was SO patient with my son (3) who sat there so well and nicely. He wasn't excited or about it until Ryan said he could have a lollipop, when he was finished. :P Sadly, This morning I did notice some stray strands of hair by my sons ears, but over all he did a great job. I will just have to acknowledge that no one will be as particular as I am LOL."
