"Recently got my locs cut off by Manny. Very professional and on time. Made an appt and didn't have to wait! He was ready for me. Listened and asked what I wanted. Plenty of barbers. I was the only female getting a cut at the time. I felt respected and not rushed. I would go back if I decide to get another cut!"

"i got a cut from Litzy she did an amazing a job and ACTUALLY TOOK HER TIME. She deserved the extra thirty bucks as a tip. I will say they dont seem to be the most welcoming barbershop. and the guy across from her messed up a client and left a patch on the back of his head, and all the barber said was "no not really". SO litzy gets a 5 starts but the shop gets a 3. She deserves to be somewhere better."

"Very, very disappointed for my first time bringing my son to a real "barbershop". First, this is a cash only establishment. I didn't know that until after the haircut, in which the ATM was pointed out to me at the back of the shop, and I had to pay the $3.30 ATM fee because I had no other choice. No signage or other means to pay. I booked on Booksy, which was very easy. We went in at our scheduled time and there were several barbers sitting around. Keep in mind, very minimal English (or if it is spoken, it's very difficult to understand). We were directed to a chair and my son got situated and his hair cut. In the meantime, another barber asked me if we had an appointment and I said 'yes'. He said my son was getting his haircut by someone else and I NEEDED to cancel the appointment (apparently with him, though who knew?!) and then he proceeded to scold me loudly about the manners in a barber shop when you have an appointment. I figured since there were a bunch of barbers sitting around and no other 13-year-old in the establishment, that it was obvious, but my mistake! I honestly just did not realize my error. He was practically yelling at me - ZERO customer service from Kriz. He was so rude that I wouldn't recommend anyone to see him now. I don't know if he is always this rude or just picking on the only white lady in there, but it is unacceptable. That said, the 2 stars I gave were from the man who did give my son a cut - and it looks amazing. I would give him 2/2 (he had a neon green hat on and didn't speak a lick of English). The 3 star deduction was from how I was spoken to and treated. I will not bring my son back here."
