"Won't go here again ever. Ridiculous number of extremely aggressive speed bumps for no reason. The road is winding so totally unnecessary. Was nauseous with headache, backache and neck ache about 2/3 of the way in with nowhere to turn around and forced to go to the end. Passengers felt it too. Busch Gardens roller coasters are smoother than the drive in to this park. So many other great parks in Pinellas County that don't force you to endure the torture that this on does. What was the city of Clearwater thinking!"
"Chautauqua Lake Park is a picturesque 54-acre nature preserve located in Clearwater, Florida. Nature trails wind through the dense foliage, allowing hikers and walkers to explore the rich biodiversity of the area. First time ever seeing a Catch and Release Fishing sign before but I saw one here. Mainly used by people walking their pets and sometimes joggers."
"Beautiful place to walk. No restrooms. But a lot of paths thru the woods. My dog and I love it!"
"Nice walking trails - paved and gravel. Pier to watch wildlife and the swing is a plus. The major drawback is all the speed bumps in and out of the park."
"This is a fantastic park to come to you to walk your dogs take a run or just walk around with your family. We have been here three times now and we have loved every time. So far we have found many paths to walk along and we have found the lake which is really beautiful and there are lots of native flora and fauna. There is a very large parking lot when you first come in which also has a hose so that you can wash your dog off after the walk. There are picnic tables further on when you drive down the road further into the park and that is where you will also find the lake. We saw the entrance to the paved bicycle trail so I don’t know how long it is."
