Sheraton Sand Key Resort

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I love it! I come for a chiropractic conference and the Sheraton does a wonderful job with the room, the customer service, and the coffee. They keep that coffee stocked and it is much appreciated. I had a lovely view and in just a short walk, there are restaurants, shops, a park and the beach. I plan to be back in April."

"Really nice hotel with great location. Walk to beach. Ton of outdoor stuff you can enjoy. They have a heated outdoor pool which is decent size. Hammocks and corn hole sets to enjoy. Fire pit is amazing. Plenty of place to sit next to fire pit. Plenty of parking outside. We got the new upgraded room which was nice. Had views of beach and ocean. Hotel is undergoing major renovations so you might see people complaining about noise level during the day. We went there during holidays and did not hear any construction noise so I am guessing crew was off during that week. Tennis and pickle ball courts were closed because they are using that to store construction materials for the renovations. You can easily walk to a small strip mall nearby which has some really good restaurants. Private access to the public beach. Beach itself was not crowded."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant in Sheraton, Clearwater, Sand Key, and I must commend their exceptional staff for their outstanding service. A special thank you to Susan, the hostess, who went above and beyond to accommodate me and my toddler son, who was feeling under the weather. Her kindness in allowing us to use the breakfast buffet and providing a to-go box was incredibly thoughtful and made our experience much more comfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping staff deserve praise, especially for their helpfulness in the bar area, ensuring we had a quiet space and everything we needed, including a high chair. The level of care and attention from all the staff was truly impressive. Highly recommend for their warm hospitality and excellent service!"

"Location is wonderful. However, if you enjoy being woken up at 6am, then this is the perfect place for you. They are renovating the hotel and they have zero consideration for their guests and begin hammering and drilling away at 6am. Also, the newly renovated rooms “look nice” but there is ZERO soundproofing and you can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms. Would not recommend staying here if you enjoy getting some rest."

"We stayed here for a family vacation from a Sunday evening to Thursday morning. We were aware of the construction ahead of time so we mentally prepared for it. Only one of the mornings they started working at 6am. Definitely a little excessive but we knew it might happen. The location is awesome and with beautiful sights of the ocean. The golf kart was there are ready when we needed to go to the beach and come back. It was perfect! We were even able to see a dolphin swimming out near some jet skiers. The staff was friendly and professional and and if we return to Clearwater we would definitely pick this place again. Yes there might be newer hotels around or some that don’t have construction being done but we didn’t mind since we did our research before hand. This hotel was a simple relaxing and welcoming place to stay."
