"Have tried to contact them using their on line form and the phone. No luck. Trying to get an owners manual for a system that was already in the house we recently bought. So far I don’t think the system is working. We have been running a small humidifier and the heating element gets a lot of mineral build-up. The next move is report them to Better Business."

"We have had our system for about two years now, and it’s time to purchase a filter replacement. Apparently, there is no site to purchase replacement filters online. So, I contacted the company twice with no response. I contacted them using 2 of their online forms. One form was for general question submission and the other was for tech-support. I did not receive a response to either of my inquiries, after giving them ample time to respond. I am very disappointed by their poor service."
"System does not perform as described. The sell sheet states it will remove 99.6% of scale. I have hard water and the system does not seem to remove any of the hardness. The tech support said the system is not designed to do that. That is not what the sell sheet states. The next statement is cut and pasted from their website for the system I have which is the Pro Combo 1344 (STAGE 5 NaturSoft, our proprietary salt-free water softener, reduces the harmful effects of hard water without the use of salt or chemicals) I still have the harmful effects of the hard water. So I either have a system that does not work or their system is garbage."
