"This place is a nice quiet little park. A friend lives there and he loves it. Plus it right by a pier and bridge to fish from and they have a dock right across the road that is open to the public."
"They take the money of the elderly they over charge on lot rent and water to put in their pockets they are nasty to the people that live here and everything has to go through them first who comes to visit who works on your home so on a so forth my opinion the people that run the place are slum lords so use your better judgment coming here"

"Quiet park good people clean and well kept the rent is less than all places and fair I lived here three years at 500 an this year because of the economy it went up a little still way less than other parks Russ and Shelly the managers are great and willing to help if needed… don’t believe the negativity in other post …they maintain and keep the trash out of the park…I like it here… I’m coming back next season…"
"My father rented there from 1984 until he passed onDecember 23, 2021. The owner wanted everything out of his home by January 1. We were told to leave something valuable to pay for what he thought he was owed. Talk about disrespectful. All those years and money and can’t even be respectful enough to let his children retrieve his belongings etc. he’s getting to keep the double wide due to being unable to move it from the premises."
