"They denied me a return because I didn’t have the paper receipt. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Gledaly (Customer Service Rep) and Angie Store Manager and felt compelled to share my horrendous experience. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare. Firstly, their customer service representatives were beyond incompetent. It seemed like they had no training whatsoever and were completely clueless about how to handle even the simplest of inquiries. It felt like talking to a brick wall. Not only were they unhelpful, but they were also incredibly ruder and dismissive. It was as if they couldn’t care less about my concerns and were just going through the motions to get rid of me as quickly as possible. Overall, my experience with Bj’s Kissimmee was a total disaster. I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. They have absolutely no regard for their customers and offer nothing but frustration and disappointment."

"Greats prices per BJs. Horrible customer service. No carts, had to fish my own from the parking lot. Employees walk around cutting you off while on their phones, express checkout is a joke, still have to scan everything at the front door causing a big backup at the door of people trying to leave."

"I would stay away from vegetables and fruits because really they don’t last very long they just get rotten really quick. In the photos I’m holding lettuce inside the store that’s old and a little rotten and when I shop for lettuce, I literally have to go through 10 or 15 different packages of lettuce to find some good lettuce . Like for me, I buy sweet potatoes and I eat them pretty quickly like within a week and every week I have to throw out one or two sweet potatoes. I now buy most of my vegetables at Aldi. Most of the products they sell cost more than Sam’s and Costco’s. I wouldn’t even renew my membership if it wasn’t for a couple of items that they sell that the other competitors don’t sell and through Groupon I can get a relatively cheap membership. The employees suck at customer service on par with Walmart like they don’t even acknowledge you as a customer, they just go onto whatever they’re doing it’s weird I mean that’s not how you create a warm and welcoming environment."

"Sam's has better deals. The app never works correctly for express pay. Having to use coupons is annoying. Went again. Sucks. Waiting for checkout for 20 minutes. App still doesn't work."

"So far so good. This is my 5th visit to this particular BJs and they haven't disappeared me yet. The staff is courteous, they are stocked well and even better everything is well organized. As in any wholesaler store you have many items to purchase by the bulk so get ready to stock up. Thats the best and worse part. Maybe I only want one can of tunafish and its in packs of 6. But that just means its great for parties and stocking up for these hard times when prices are getting so high. Great way to save. Note: I read some negative reviews. I visited at 9am on a Friday. No crowds and all went well."
