"I’ve been a member at this particular location for about a year and a half now. A year ago, I would’ve given it five stars. Now, I dread going here. Today was by far, my worst experience. I was given a computer monitor as a gift over the holidays and did not have the receipt. So, I called this location to see if I could return it for a gift card as it was too small. The lady then said that I can come in and return for a gift card. Fast forward two days, I go into the store to try and make the return, and the employee refuses to accept it, even after me explaining to them the situation. Aside from that, I understand that it is extremely busy, but everyone in this warehouse is extremely rude and unprofessional to customers. Employees are screaming at people to move, and much more. I think I’m going to start going to a different location as this one has recently gone downhill and don’t feel like a welcomed member."

"Who doesn’t love Costco. Location is very clean and looks like they were starting to transition into fall decor, Halloween and Christmas. The self checkout is also A LOT better now that they’re checking membership cards so I do appreciate that. Also ended trip with hot dog and pizza cause Costco!"
