"Just moved here from Illinois, I've had the opportunity to be serve by an Amazing Cashier, friendly, does her job well, (1 out of 10) 10 everyday Bradi might be her name, just seen her this afternoon.."

"I went to Circle K, this morning. MIA, the cashier was very RUDE and UNFRIENDLY. I wanted to cash in my Cash Pop worth $50. Then my usual card I play every week that’s worth $48.00. MIA, refuses to play my lotto card and take the payment from winning. MIA, excuse was she didn’t have enough cash. Then she went on by arguing with me. I was devastated. Never had any problems in this store, She would not listen to what I was trying to explain, which is take the money out from my winning which is only $50. Other times one afternoon, I stop by to buy gas I saw people in-line waiting and notice she was in the far left behind the counter while customers are anxiously waiting for her to get off her cellphone. A guy walked in from his break and saw us all inline and helps us, when he walked up he told her What the Heck are you doing MIA? We don’t need an associate like her in this busy market who’s lazy and unsociable."

"The pile of equipment taking up parking spaces on the left side has been there over a year now, and its practically decomposing. How many thousands of dollars were wasted there, to have been sitting that long? As I left, an employee was sitting on one of the boxes for their smoke break lol. Otherwise they would win Most Mediocre Store award. Not clean but not nasty. Not well stocked but not out of stock. Polar pop machine is often partially broken. Trash is full but not overflowing. Staff does there job to expectations.bathroom is usually poorly cleaned and poorly stocked, but not to the point of complaint."

"Circle K pushes their inner circle program. My wife and I signed up so we could get a free drink after purchasing 5. We have made purchases at multiple stores and noticed the app often doesn't record the purchase of a drink. Even when it shows 5 of 5 drinks, the register doesn't zero out the 6th drink. Most of the employees give different excuses such as the kiosk isn't recognizing inner circle numbers or whenever they update it wipes out the credits. Most employees seem not to care that there is a problem. I would have more respect for Circle K if they did away with this program rather than to have it not work properly.."
