"Great location and prices. The store was clean and well organized. We love the scan and go feature as we were in a hurry. We grabbed our 4 items quickly, scanned and payed on the app. The line to exit the store was excessively long as they had one employee with an arm in a sling scanning people out the door. After waiting for a while eventually another employee came to help. Hopefully noticing the line building earlier than later will be improved. Overall, I still like the products and the store."

"I had a brief issue with my online curbside order today. It was over an hour behind schedule and the app was not updating with any information. I called the store and spoke with a Lead front end named Dee. He was very patient with me on the phone and took the time to go to the online order department and get me an updated status on my order. Dee called right back when he said he would and followed through to the end. He had the best meaners and was extremely professional on the phone. Sometimes just having a calm collected and professional person in customer service can keep a situation from turning left. Thank you for all your help. I received my order and all is well."

"Sam's Club is a great place to shop - in-store or online. The scan & go is my favorite way to shop at the store. Simply use the app to scan your items, checkout on your phone, and go directly to the door where your purchase is reviewed. Fast & easy. Having a plus membership provides for most items to be ordered online with free shipping. You also can take advantage of bonus shopping time (early with fewer customers). The store is very clean and easy to maneuver."

"Overall the club is good. I just feel bad for the employees there. Some of them work really hard like the girls in the Cafe and some of them doing nothing. When I walked in today the parking lot is full of carts yet there are 4 people at the front just chatting it up. Then I decided to get a hot dog and they have 3 girls in the Cafe working hard while over by the register 3 women just chat it up like it's girls night. Yet the food line is super long. Maybe they should cross train people so when one area is busy they can help? And the women by the register did litterally nothing I watched them for 15 minutes as I stood in line and they laughed and hung out doing no work. I know if I was paying someone 15 plus an hour they better work. I also know if I was in that kitchen and I saw people doing nothing I would be saying something so I am speaking up for the unsung sams employees who actually do work"

"Everything is fine except that they allow customers to bring their nasty dogs into the store. Unsanitary animals in the same carts where other people place food products! I won't be back until policy changes. Publix has a strict policy against this unsanitary, sick, disgusting practice!"
