"It is 7 min to 9pm when i get to the front of the store. The sign clearly says closes at 9. But when the associate saw me coming running up to the door in the rain .. She urgently reached up top of door to lock the door before I could get in. No eye contact to say im closed or anything.. Just walked away as if i wasn't even there. And this is not the first time I have come here and they have closed early. Not to mention the snobby attitude when you try to ask them a question or looking for something. Very poor customer service. And Im going to start writing a review with names each time i come.maybe If management cares at all it will help.. Im sure im not the only one!!"
"I wish I could give this Family Dollar 10 stars! This is the most cleanest, well organized Family Dollars I've ever visited! Kudos to the management of this Family Dollar located on the corner of Orange Blossom Trail & Hiawassee Road. Whoever the manager of this Family Dollar need to run all Family Dollars in Orlando... PERIOD! Very impressive. I mean I noticed it as soon as walked through them doors, and I let the two young ladies that was working what I thought of the store! If you in Orlando, and you have to go to a Family Dollar, please go to this one, make the drive, you won't be disappointed. And another thing, this Family Dollar is a HUGE one, and it's more organized and more clean than the smallest Family Dollars in Orlando!"
