"I have come here twice for prescription pick ups and have been extremely dissatisfied both times. First time I went was to pick up 2 different medications, both requested by the same doctor at the same time, and I was only given one and has to ask for the second one and explain to them I was picking up two. I had to wait for the other one to be done to complete my order. If I didn’t look at what I was given they would’ve noticed given me the other. Second time was today. Worst experience with a pharmacy ever. I had to have the doctor place the order twice. He placed it on a Sunday and Walgreens was denying having it… (I know the doc placed it, he’s a great primary), so he placed it again this morning and I had to call 5 TIMES AND WAS CUT OFF 4 TIMES. On the 4th call I was told they were looking through messages to be out on a 20 min hold and have the line cut. I called the 5th time and had to tell the person that I was in pain at this point not being able to get my medication and rubbing the gauntlet. I came 2 hours after the call, when he said it would be ready, AND IT WAS NOT. I was even asked to get back in a 4 car line so it could be put together… I kindly let the person at the pick up window know I have been trying for 2 days & over many calls to get my medication and I was at a loss. 10 seconds later I was given the pills… If you need medication in a timely manner DO NOT COME HERE"

"Why are these pretenders collecting COVID samples on Saturday, Sunday if their next pick up is on Tuesday?!! You inefficient service providers. We need to travel Wednesday and no results. Please be honest enough to advise patients to go somewhere else and do the test. You do not deserve to be in healthcare. My son did it Monday in a different pharmacy and got the result Tuesday. You idiots"

"This is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with!! I put off writing a review of them the last several times. Today it was the straw that broke the camels back!! First, let me say 3 times I had a prescription with them, each time I was told it would be ready after 5p and each time I went back the next day, mid morning. I was told each time that the prescription was not ready! This last time was just ridiculous! I was told the day before it would be ready after 5p. I went to pick it up at 11a the following day and was told it wasn’t ready! I said to the girl at the window that this has happened for the third time and is ridiculous to be told that the RX will be ready the day before after 5 and not ready each time! She raised her voice a d said “we are short handed”. I don’t have a problem with that at all and I truly understand things happen, but stop telling me it will be ready after 5 and it’s not even ready the next day!! Today my cousin called there and asked if they had and at home Covid tests, the woman she spoke to said, oh yes, we have 5 of them. My cousin said, great can you put my name on 4 of them and I will be right there(she lives approximately 4 minutes away). She gets there and was told oh no we’ve sold them!!! The VERY last straw!!! I will NEVER use them again!!! They are not only incompetent but very nasty at the window sane girl each time) CVS and Publix has now gained a customer!!!"

"The pharmacy was right on time when I scheduled a vaccination even though they were busy working in the pharmacy as well. I use the text alert feature when filling RX's which is helpful so I don't have to call to ask if something is filled, and it also let's me know if there is a hold up with a prescription. When my doctor calls something in it is usually filled very quickly."

"I have been using this pharmacy for a very long time and service has gone down tremendously over the past 4 or 5 years. There seems to be a revolving door on staff and most are rude and not at all interested in costumer satisfaction. I just went to pick up a prescription and she swore there was nothing for me. I kept insisting and explaining that the doctor not only called it but I received a text from Walgreens. After I insisted she look it up for the fourth time she finally says there was a prescription called in 3 weeks ago but that it was not ready; however, she could have it ready in 10 minutes. I simply said "So, I am not crazy, there is a prescription you just did not get it done, right?" She just stared at me, no apology, nothing, just kept asking if I wanted it or not. I love Walgreens and have always preferred it over CVS, but since there is a CVS same distance from my house, safe to say we will not be going back to this pharmacy."
