"I recently took a trip and visited Sweetwater Oaks in Ocala, Florida. What concerned me were the following. 1.) The office staff appears to have a high turn over rate. Every six months to a year there are new faces. 2.) The new manufactured homes being advertised are below base quality. For example, the floors are of poor constrution. 3.) A $70.00 per month increase ($840 per year) was sent out to all residents. Starts in 2024. This is a huge increase for those residents who are on fixed income. 4.) In the very near future you will have major traffic issues in the area."

"What a beautiful retirement community nestled in the heart of horse country. Grounds are well maintained and everyone is friendly and helpful. My aunt lives here and we just love coming to visit her. Beautiful pool and fun Bingo along wirh many any games and get together. Close to many amenities including banks."
