"Bridgewater Assisted Living Facility along with the Rehab center and the Memory Care Center is a great place to provide care to your loved ones who need it after a hospital stay or when they need a safe, clean place to live in. The staff works like a great team under the leadership of Kim Muse and Zach Gray. They know who are and they know who you are. It is a very clean place that treats you like family."

"Moving Linda, my wife here has been a very positive experience for both of us. From out very first day here, we have been received as one of the family of friends that are gathered here for the care of their loved ones."

"My dad absolutely loves this place. He was not taken care of at another place and this place is incredible. My dad is mentally very with it but physical challenges make it necessary for him to be in an ALF. As he constantly says The food is fantastic, the nurses are very nice and front staff excellent . I love that they have a pendant to call for help and because of physical challenges we pay extra for help. (Very important because pull cords go unanswered at other places). They have an administrator who came back from several years ago and my dad really likes her. Like every place these days there are challenges from time to time but never 1 person for the whole place which we got at another place w a W. That’s why we moved him here over 2 yrs ago. Beautiful rooms too with a balcony . Lastly do not confuse this with the Bridgewater rehab - not the same care"

"Do your research on other facilities before you place your loved one here. My mother was at Bridgewater for 5 months - they were always understaffed especially nighttime hours. Because my mom was somewhat vision impaired we paid the additional $900 month for personalized care hoping they would help her get to activities and meals so she could socialize but they couldn't be bothered with anything more than getting her to the dining room or bringing meals to her room, and helping her in and out of the rest room. A few of the nurses were very nice but they are over-worked and most of them are not caring at all. She was left sitting in her room for hours on end until a family member would visit. The absolute kicker was when my mother was taken to Hospice, where she passed, the staff - meaning the facility director and the person who signed us up telling us how wonderful the place was and how well my mother would be cared for - never even bothered to call us to check on her, send a card, express their condolences, nothing. My mom was in Hospice for two days and she received such loving care and attentiveness there, and somehow they managed to sign a card and send it to our family once she passed. Don't be blinded by the looks of the new facility or the promises they make you, Bridgewater is the worst."

"This is an update to my previous posting of approximately 10 months ago. Since 2018, my mother has been residing at Bridgewater Park and continues to enjoy both her one bedroom apartment and the central dining facility. As stated before, she feels very comfortable and safe with the caring and protective staff, which greatly enhances her day-to-day living. She knows they can be depended upon to do their best to ensure she is content and her days stress-free."
