"Unfortunately, this store has lost professionalism and CS aspects that were previously very pronounced. During a visit in the early evening of Saturday, August 7th, ALL staff were congregated away from the register in a section of the front of the store, speaking loudly with one another and using profanity and disparaging management. Their conversation could be heard in every aisle of the store! I had to wait a full two minutes before being recognized at the check-out. Weekend evening shift is clearly in need of ADULT supervision!"
