"Pharmacy ridiculously slow at filling medications. I needed a total of 2 pills to be filled. This medications was not a narcotic or on back stock. They literally have taken over 36 hours to put two tablets in the pill vial and when you try to call them to figure it out they just put you on hold and no one ever comes back to pick up."

"Do not use this Walgreens pharmacy unless you absolutely have no choice. There is only 1 pharmacist that seems to care. I have been taking pain medication for about 7 years. My Dr sent a new prescription over and for some reason they are unable to fill it. "The prescription is not clear" no other pharmacy has had that problem. He would not listen to me and told me to to stop talking so he could speak. I will be willing to pay full price to go back to CVS. UPDATE: so apparently this Walgreens is now refusing to fill my medications. They are the rude people and are horrible to customers. Do they not understand that pain medication cannot just be requested again?? They will not let me transfer it to another pharmacy and they won't fill it! IDIOTS. I was told that if my Dr really thinks I need it he will need to send to another pharmacy (SERIOUSLY I HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR ALMOST 7 YEARS) it is a nasal spray nothing anyone would sell or buy on the streets. Why does a pharmacy get to decide if a prescription is needed?"

"I had been getting my chronic pain medication for three months at this pharmacy with no problems. My doctor sent my August prescription over and it appeared on the website as “received”. Several hours later it disappeared. I called the pharmacist and was told “your medication doesn’t meet our requirements “ I asked what that meant and he refused to tell me. He was rude and had zero empathy for my pain. I asked why I wasn’t notified of this and he refused to answer me. Walgreens pharmacists and policies play like they know better than the doctors that have treated patients for years and have degrees in pain management. I have been with the same doctor for years and never had an issue getting meds before at Walgreens. I’m sorry they have taken the position of trying to eliminate medications that enable elderly patients with chronic pain to be mobile. Shame on you. I hope you never have to go through the pain that many elderly folks go through. But when it happens to you, good luck getting your meds. Maybe try CVS."

"Its great only when certain people are working in the pharmacy. The rest of the time with the "fill in" pharmacist(s) they stink. There is no compassion for the customer when the main pharmacist (I think his name is Tim) is not there or when Brittany isn't there. Everything seems to fall apart if the key people are not there. They could definitely do better on the compassion for others scale and the caring scale. Not everyone likes going to the pharmacy."

"My son made an appointment for a flu shot and arrived on time for the appointment and paid for the shot. He then waited patiently for well over an hour and a half while being totally ignored by the pharmacy staff. He finally gave up, got a refund and left. It is outright dishonest for Walgreens to offer appointments for vaccinations online if the appointments don't really mean anything. The honest thing would be for the web site to just say "walk-ins only". For the pharmacy staff to ignore a patiently-waiting customer for well over an hour and a half is just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Needless to say we will not be shopping at Walgreens in the future. Recommend you go to CVS for vaccines."
