Topsail Hill Preserve State Park 7525 West County Highway 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459

"We have camped at Topsail Hill Preserve numerous times over the last 16 years. Pros- Incredible private RV sites with full hookups. It's hike or tram ride (or bike ride in our case) down to the beach, bit worth it. Most beautiful and secluded beach in the area. Sugar fine sand beach. The place also has a very nice pool, shuffleboard, a coffee shop and general store. There is a 30 mile bike path that runs along highway 30a that will take you to Grayton Beach, Seaside, and Rosemary. This is the most popular area in Florida. Cons? Very hard to get a reservation here."

"Excellent place for a variety of outdoor entertainment. Hike, bike, fish, swim. Has a large section of preserved natural beach & lakes. Friendly and courteous employees. Cabin beds are not the best, ac velocity a little loud, door window has no blind/curtain, limited TV channels with a screen about the size of a computer monitor. No dogs on the beach and 6' leashes elsewhere. Enjoyed the resonable priced stay and spent most of the time outside. Would do it again"

"We loved TopSail. We made our reservations a year in advance and couldn’t wait to check it out! Beautiful sites, many paved and some gravel. Great biking trails. Plenty of areas to explore in the park and outside!"

"What’s not to like about this park? It has beach access, the staff is friendly, and the sites are clean with easy access. The sites are a mixture of concrete and gravel, and it’s likely that the broken cement in site 45 will be removed and replaced with gravel. The bath houses and laundry looked clean and well maintained. The access road to the beach is perfect for biking, and there are paths along the roadway outside the park making trips to nearby restaurants safe and easy (although there is a cafe inside the park). Verizon and TMobile service is good; wireless is offered at the cafe and clubhouse."
