"My dogs love playing in the water in the summer. Our dogs will definitely still miss this place and want to go. But after seeing so many dogs poop while swimming in the water (it was diarrhea) and spreading it all over the beach in waves, I'm never going back. I know. How can control dog's bowel movements? But I can't go after seeing that... I'm sorry."
"Excellent dog Park with tons of shade, small and large dog areas, dog Beach on the calm sound, wash off area, poop stations, walking trail, and wide open spaces perfect for training. We meet lots of great dogs and owners during our days visiting the park. Patrons were wonderful to abide by the rules cleaning up after themselves and keeping their pets on leashes."
"This is a wonderful place to bring your family and fur babies! There is a great park nearby for kids and beach front for your dog to splash and play. We like to grab Slim Chickens to-go (just up the street) and make it a picnic day (they have tables under the awning and also some inside the fenced dog runs) There is also a place to rinse off your feet and pup before you load back in the car. And bathrooms on-site by the playground. Check out the walking pier, too! It's beautiful at sunset."
"This place is so great to take your dog when it's hot! The beach is usually pretty clean, and the owners are all conscientious. There is a covered area for people if they need it and a bench and seating along the shore which is nice."
"This beachfront park is pretty neat, it has a beach area for your pets, a canoeing dock, and boat dock. There's restrooms available, but not the cleanest. The park has good beach views and beautiful sunsets. There is an ice machine and water refillable station. The park also has several markers with helpful information about its surroundings. Park is pretty safe and has plenty of walking area. Pets must be on leash at all times. There is two fenced areas for big and small sized breeds. Overall the park is cute and has plenty of views to offer."
