"I got my hair done by Tammy last week and I walked away with my confidence shot to the ground and feeling defeated. I am graduating soon and I have pictures coming up and I was wanting to get my hair done. I saw the reviews and loved it but I thought I made an appointment with Jade, not someone else. I asked questions trying to make sure I was with someone who understood what I wanted, but I obviously wasn’t. To be fair, I wanted to give my hair a few days to see if the blonde settles and if I can get my hair in a heathy condition again before settling on how I feel. Well, I don’t like my hair. I’ve cried over it a few times this week but I wanted to give Grace because I know sometimes it just needs a few days and some purple shampoo but this wasn’t the case. I usually don’t cry about hair because it’s fixable and grows back, but this doesn’t feel fixable. At one point, I told her not to cut my front hairs as they are only baby hairs and I’ve been working on getting them to finally grow out. She grabbed scissors and cut them as I said no. I know she knows I said no don’t cut those but she did it anyways. You can see in the picture below that my baby hairs are now extremely short and look like accidental bangs that a 5 year old cut. I’m extremely disappointed and self conscious. The owner was kind enough to offer me a 20% discount but i still spent $204 on a balayage and cut that I hated. Update: I don’t know their correct names, but I know it was at this salon. I have a picture sitting in the salon. I don’t know my stylists name, but I know it started with a T. She wrote it on a business card but I can’t find it. But I know it was at this salon. I understand this is a poor review, but this was a poor job done."
