"My parents love this restaurant, and since I was staying in the area, I was able to join them. They travel from Weston to Pompano on Sundays to frequent this place and its well worth it. Edgar is great!"
"Had a reservation for a party of three. Waited 30 mins in the bar for our table which was just enough time for a refreshing cocktail. Once seated we were immediately greeted and ordered wine. Warm bread arrived next and OMG it is delicious. We had Caesar’s and house salads. Both delicious. The house dressing is yummy. For entrees we had chicken parm, lasagna, and chicken Marsala. All were excellent and we would gladly order them again in the future. Outstanding service from when we entered the door until we left. What a gem this restaurant is. We always eat here during our visits."
"We have been here many times and this is one of our favorite restaurants in the entire state of Florida! The service is top notch, regardless of how busy they may be. Be sure to make reservations to prevent a very long wait, and we have found that arriving before they open at 4 on a weekend ensures you will find parking. "Of course Giannis doesn’t need another 5 star review because they’ve been in business for 35 years. Their food is authentic & the atmosphere is warming. The food they’ve been cooking & serving for this many years makes you feel like you are in Italy. The weight staff is on point, especially our server, Edgar. Giannis is a true Pompano gem."
"We had a great experience with John as our server. We had chicken parmigiana and eggplant parmigiana as well as an amazing dessert. Everything was tasty and well prepared and to be honest we had to take half of our dinner home as the portions were enormous. Can’t wait to go back again."
