"Terrible customer service… They charged me top dollar to inflate some balloons. The lady clearly over inflated 2 and they popped, she said she can only refund me for the air because the balloons were “defective”….really? I tried talking to the manager but she had a terrible attitude. Not the first time Ive had a bad experience at this party city, but it seems like they don’t read reviews nor listen to their unhappy customers…."
"Terrible customer service. Asked for something specific and they didnt know what i was talking about. Showed them an example... they said that they didnt have any. Didnt move, look, or ask anyone. Very disappointing. They should care about helping the customer instead of being worried about socializing with co workers and their phones."
"This particular Party City is the worst. I have always enjoyed buying from Party City. My experience started off amazing. One of the associates was like Barbie is a hot item & advised me to purchase my balloons early & stapled the bag. She told me when you're ready come back & we will blow them up for you. That was awesome until it wasn't. I went back one evening prior to my event and had the balloons blown up. I dropped them off to the job location where the event would take place. I came in 7 a.m and most of the balloons were on the floor. Party City opened at 10. I called and the young lady was like I am so sorry but unfortunately we can't help you. I said I paid extra to have these balloons last longer. She stated they only are guaranteed for 6 hours. I was like I have 2 balloons at my house right now from 7 years ago from my grandson baby shower. My grandson is 7 & the balloons are still inflated. She claims she got off and spoke with a manager & the manager said no they would not help me. So, thanks Party City for ruining my event. SMH. Less than 24 hours & they would not accommodate my situation."
"Store was very clean and organized. Associates were quick and friendly to help. Store manager was there and welcomed us and asked if we were satisfied with the appearance and the service."
"There are 2 girl work in the big store. One doing cashier, another girl walk all over the place with lots of customers questions her and need help, I have to walk all over the place looking for someone to help. Finally I got nothing, they run out of what I want to buy. Waste of my time there for nothing!"
