"I've never been in this kind of store before. It was a wreck. I was uncomfortable there, but you might like it. It appears as though they purchase leftover merchandise that comes in large cardboard bins. They drop the bins on the floor, and you have to rummage through them to find what might interest you."

"First time there. It's almost like scavenging thru a yard sale. Never know what you're going to find. Recommend checking out. We went on a day where the yellow and pink tags were half off. Got a lot of stuff for only $5. All of the employees we encountered were friendly."

"Visited ShopSmart in Royal Palm Beach and found the store to be quite disorganized. Many items seemed overpriced, and I noticed a few that were close to their expiration dates or were damaged. I hope they can address these issues for a better shopping experience in the future."

"If you like shopping at thrift stores you probably enjoy this place, not from me. They may be new clothes I am not a judge of that. However I did notice that furniture had a sign on it that it was new but it was falling apart which made me question whether or not it was new. I don't know if this is a permanent fixture or just an empty space that they filled up with racks. You'll have to be the judge of that."

"Plan to spend some time here. Clothing is separated by Women's, Men's, and Children's. Other than that, no organization by size or type. Racks are over stuffed and clothing bins quite messy so somewhat difficult to find what you are looking for. If you are willing to invest your time it looks like you can get some awesome deals. No fitting rooms at this time, cashier didn't know if they would add in the future. Bins full of discounted drugstore items but prices hard to determine on many. Open approx.4 months ago so hopefully time will allow for improvement."
