"I’m not the type to leave reviews but my haircut was so bad I just felt like I had to warn people. That Slovakian guy that barely speaks English messed up my haircut so bad and it was extremely overpriced. $55 for the worst haircut I’ve probably ever had. I had to go across the street to the new barbershop and this Cuban guy Danni managed to fix whatever that other guy did to my hair. I’m warning you, don’t ever go to this guy unless you intentionally want to see what the worse haircut looks like."

"I found Black Fox through Google on a Monday night with few options. I also arrived without enough cash, at closing time! (Loser!) Simon showed incredible grace and hospitality taking me anyway for just a cut—I promised to return with full payment and tip—and then he did a beautiful job. When I said no to the shampoo afterwards, not wanting to keep him later, he insisted. The Black Fox is a stylish atmosphere with full service options an incredible guest serving ethic. My new place for a shave and a cut while in Naples!"

"After reading all the great reviews I was super shocked at the experience we had. On Saturday, March 4th around 3 pm I called to see if anyone had time to do a toddler boy cut, the guy that answered was prompt and friendly, and informed me that he would be able to get my son in later that same day if I could make it & we set an appointment for 6pm. At around 520pm I received a phone call telling me that he could get him in now if we wanted to head that way, to which I responded we had already left and were already on our way, and that we had an arrival time of 5:57pm. (I had no idea it was as far away from my house-but didn’t mind as I figured he’d be getting an awesome cut and was willing to drive for it!) After hitting a couple lights we arrived at the shop at 6:02pm, walk up to the shop only to realize all the lights were off and the shop was closed. I am pretty certain I watched the guy lock up and leave as I was getting my toddler out of the car. While standing in front of the shop I called the number that had called me only to get voicemail. It was super super disappointing. I guess part of the blame is on myself as I was a few minutes late but at the same time the barber KNEW I was on my way- I had told him this when he called. I wanted to love it so bad!"

"Was in Naples and looking for a place to get a quality mid-fade and haircut. Had a great experience here. Simon gave a very nice haircut and provided good conversation. Really wanted me to be pleased with it. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and fun to talk to. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place after my experience."
