"This party city ALWAYS has air conditioning issues! Today was the absolute worst. The place feels like the heat is turned up to 100. It is wrong to even have employees working in these conditions. I couldn't even walk half way into the store before my husband and I had to leave. This is a liability waiting to happen."
"Great service but they literally have no ac in the store the room temperature was reading 88 degrees and it’s always like that I don’t know how the employees do it"
"I do not recommend it, this is the second time I have bought balloons and then they tell me that I have to go somewhere else to inflate them with helium because they are only placing orders online. So you have to pay for the entire service and pay again somewhere else to be able to fill them with helium."
