I have a beautiful hair piece that Tiffany recommended I get for some hair loss that I have with breast cancer treatment. No one in my family could even tell it was a hair piece. I am so grateful to feel pretty again!"

"I didn't have a great experience with this salon. My initial stylist request called in sick last minute and another stylist was appointed to me. I asked the receptionist repeatedly if the new stylist I was appointed for is familiar with blondes and color but after my appointment I was severely disappointed and didn't get my color or cut I asked for. What color do blondes hate seeing after the color is done processing? Yup you guessed it, it was orange/bronze color. Not only were my roots orange, but my hair was 4 or 5 different hair colors and not a bright blond we love. I called ahead with my complaints but due to her lack of color knowledge it wasn't fixed. So here I am 3 weeks later still having orange roots and dull blond color. I canceled my last appointment because I knew it would have been a waste of $400 dollars. Yup you guessed it, $400 for orange hair. The salon itself is nice and clean. When I saw the owners bronze blond hair I should have RAN. The stylists might be hit or miss but the ones I saw there didn't look professional nor did they look knowledgeable about blondes."

They made rescheduling a breeze, accommodating my schedule with ease. During my appointment, Jeff, the hairstylist, was an absolute gem! He showed immense kindness and attention to detail throughout the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised by how careful he was not to cause any discomfort while working with my hair. At the beginning of the therapy, he patiently explained all the steps, including the prices, so there were no surprises. During the treatment, he continued to keep me informed about each step he was performing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The salon's customer-friendly appointment system and Jeff's professionalism and expertise truly impressed me. Not to mention, the salon itself was immaculate with a modern design that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in need of hair care services.
