"My boyfriend got the worst haircut of his life here for $50. It took 10 mins from the owner Brian himself. He didn't listen and started buzzing when he showed him a photo of what he had before it grew out and needed just some inches off for a clean up. Instead he got a military buzz cut and has to grow it out for 6 months. He called and Brian was condescending and rude not apologetic at all. He doesn't listen and too fast so wouldn't recommend anyone go there. I want someone who listens and can match a photo and tends to your needs instead of ruining your hair and saying oh well it will grow out. You're the owner so do better Brian."

"From the time I walked in (yes, I was a walk in and had zero expectations but hopes of great service), I was treated with excellent customer service by all the staff. The salon was beautiful and clean. The concierge was so helpful and friendly. I was in need of a bang trim and Chelsea was able to assist quickly understanding my desired look. Because I have naturally curly long blonde hair, she highly recommended Brandy for curly hair. Brandy was available a few days later and I can not say enough great things about her professionalism and knowledge of cutting, coloring, and styling curly hair. She does amazing color with my highlights and her cut and style always leaves me walking out of the salon feeling like a new woman. She is super friendly and also professional.
