"THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY! I had a deeply disappointing experience at Inail Spa! Not only was the service subpar, but the staff's behavior was completely unprofessional. Both a staff member and the manager yelled at me during my visit, creating a hostile environment. They don't communicate with you about the prices and they try to rip you off. Then you'll get yelled at for the misinformation they give. It's unacceptable for any business to treat their customers in such a disrespectful manner. I urge management to reevaluate their customer service training and ensure that all staff members understand the importance of treating patrons with courtesy and respect. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this salon to others."

"Man oh man! I am BEYOND pleased with the service we received. Tee and Tom were AMAZING! As well as Lynn and Toni. They provided us exactly what we wanted and the service was phenomenal. We each got our nails done in Shellac, I got an extra cherry blossom design as well as full face waxes. I will not be going any where else. I am so glad I found my new go to spot."

"I’ve been using this owner for years meaning every location that she has I have been to. Phenomenal service, great pot prices, very clean people. Family owned and operated. Of course, there are a few people that are not family, but they treat them like family. I would definitely recommend Jessica or Kelly . However, everybody is great. I will be uploading photos later because the photos I took earlier today accidentally got deleted. I’m also going to look for photos from years ago when I first started with them and we’re talking about over 10 years ago. Great service! Phenomenal prices! Very clean!!"
