"Found Yohann Le Bescond at Emma's Patisserie...as seen on Summer Baking Championship Season 1 on The Food Network....great pastries and a great guy!!!! The Almond Croissant was flaky and a little sweet...the Mrs reported the Strawberry Creamcheese Danish was also topnotch! This was the first time either of us had tried Macaroons and they were outstanding, Blueberry...Strawberry, Chocolate, and Salted Carmel...all packed with flavor. Our favorite was the Salted Carmel. The Raspberry Entremet was a total surprise as I'd never even heard of it...oh man was it rich and delicious! Loads of flavor!!"
"A week at WEC to attend the Horse Shows gave me the opportunity to enjoy this place. Coffee is heaven, it features Starbucks beverages. The ham and cheese croissant is to die for, and with a hot latte was the perfect breakfast for many days! Dessert menu is wide, and everything looked delicious."

The delicious well made cheese/guava desert (my week spot) was the temptation that I couldn’t resist. Well done!!!! Definitely a most come whenever at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala-FL. Prices are reasonable and personnel are friendly. Well well done. A+"
