"Pros- I was promptly and politely greeted. The bathroom was clean, and I was put in a pedicure chair almost immediately. Cons- the spa chair was broken. I felt like it was possible for the chair to fall off its pedestal. Once I started looking around, I quickly realized that the place appears worn down, old, and dirty. There’s nothing wrong with being old or even worn down, but adding dirty on top of those 2 things is not good. While working on my toes, the manicurist cut 2 of my cuticles and made them bleed. She only filed my big toenails, the others she just clipped. When it was time for the usual foot/leg massage, she put some oil on her hands and rubbed my feet for about 10 seconds each. No, I am not exaggerating about the foot massage time. The price was $29.00 for the basic pedicure. It’s $2 more than the place I normally drive to 15 minutes from this location. But, this salon is close to home, so I thought I’d give it a try. I figured the extra $2 is worth saving me time and being on the road. I will not be back. Had the facility been as good as or even slightly less in quality than my current place, I’d happily pay the extra cost for services. But, the shape of the salon, poor pedicure, and inflated pricing all add up to the loss of a possible loyal customer. I’ll continue to drive 15+ minutes from here for the quality and cleanliness of my original salon."
