From weddings to galas to Girl’s night Out - Yaya has it covered. She’s so knowledgeable and has answered all my crazy questions. ( How do I smoke out my eye shadow? Why does my makeup get cakey?) For services at hair salon use Arlynn. She’s awesome."

"Rude and not do not honor coupons. I visited Ulta North Miami to purchase some items and immediately returned one of them (my daughter had bought it by mistake). The system had applied a $5 coupon I had to that item and since I returned it, the system did not recognize the coupon as valid anymore so I could not apply it to the rest of the purchase, which had a qualifying full-price item. What bothered me was the attitude of the rep, Georgin, who stated she is the manager. She could not understand basic math and kept saying that the coupon was applied to the rest of the purchase. It was not. Ultimately, she started having an attitude, showing how annoyed she was. Unprofessional. So I lost the benefit of the coupon and had to deal with a rude person. The client experience is so much better at Sephora."

"A couple of months ago, my daughter and I stopped by here to stock up on a few makeup products and a hair iron. The selections were very good and organized in a sensible way. We were looking for new shades of blush and daytime eyeshadow. They have several brands to choose from. They also have a wide variety of hair irons. We found everything we needed and the saleslady was very helpful. We will stop by again in the future."

"This review is for the Ulta salon & not the store itself. The store is great I’ve never had any problems, the cosmetics staff are great. NOW THE SALON.. I had a haircut here a year ago from a lady who absolutely butchered me. I was heartbroken and it took a lot for me to trust another hair stylist.. I then received another bad cut at a different salon. Desperate months later, I went back to Ulta to have my bangs trimmed and there was a lady with pink hair who gave me the bangs of my dreams, I was so happy and couldn’t believe I finally found someone. I went back 2 months later to find she had left.. once again desperate I let another lady cut my bangs.. as soon as she starting cutting I realized it was the original lady who had previously given me a terrible haircut… I closed my eyes and smiled as I thought, what’s the worst she could do? Well, she did worse.. the sides of my hair do not match, and my bangs are crooked. AVOID THE HAIR SALON LIKE THE PLAGUE."
