"It was torture. In 20 years, worst experience on my life for waxing. Mostly because they use cheap wax that takes time to harden and when it does, it doesn't come off. So the poor esthetician had to go over the same spot twice or three times and then still use tweezers. Leaving the skin damaged. Before writing this review I talked to the person in charge there, as I always prefer to resolve any issue face to face. Nevertheless they deny the obvious and still charge you like a premium salon. I'm honestly dubious about how they keep the doors open"
