"She was right on time, professional she made me feel special, pay attention to my needs. She gave me recommendation for my hair and how to treat my bald patches. My install was quick and flawless. My only concern was that one employee there was rude her name is rose, the owner was simply made comment about the AC being off while they had customers she started yelling at Missy the owner. While the owner was nice respectful all the time. I commend her professionalism."

"Terrible quality, Prices are expensive for terrible service. I paid $225 for my GF to get her braids done at this Salon. This isn't the first time we give this salon a chance either. The first time we went we paid $290 to get her braids done and they were falling off the very next day. You should never have to go back to a place to fix the hair you pay so much money for. That alone shows you what kind of service they provided. AND ON TOP OF EVERYTHING THEY WERE VERY RUDE and extremely unprofessional. On both occasions my girlfriend had to go back to get her hair fixed they couldn't get it right the first time. And both times that were very rude to her about it."

"This is an UPDATE that has absolutely nothing to do with my previous post and experience which deserves 5 stars. Right now I am just furious because I tried to be nice and not leave a negative review by emailing the situation, and I have not received any acknowledgement. So my hair has been braided by ALTHEA who is the most unprofessional stylist I've ever dealt with! She was 45 mins late to the shop to do my hair and when she arrived she didn't even speak or was apologetic to the situation! On top of all that, she barely put one of the colors in my hair as I said I wanted it to be mixed. She asked me how I wanted my tips and I said burnt. The reason I am so upset other than no response from the owner is because it has been two weeks and since the first day my hair has been unraveling cuz she barely burnt my ends. I went back the next day and she said she was on her way, which who knows what happened because another stylist had to correct her mess. Unfortunately they are still unraveling and I have had to put so many rubber bands on the ends. I should be reimbursed at least $40 for all the inconvenience I have been going through because it has been the worst experience! ALTHEA once again is the non caring stylist who left a client sitting for 45 mins with no apologies or the need to even speak good morning when she did arrive and still after the first day of braiding have them unraveling! I DO NOT RECCOMEND HER Love love love Ms. Jeanne @Missy hair salon! Ms. Donna is the bomb.com too. My daughter hair came out exactly like the picture she wanted with a small change I made. She took her time and was very professional! I have never been to any salon or person that give Ace service on providing exactly what the client want. Jeanne also asked a few times if I wanted to check out the work and if it was to my satisfaction... which was very much met. I reccomend Jeanne and Missy hair salon more than 100%. I've seen the work of three stylists there and they are all dedicated to beautiful styles and making their customers happy.
