"Don’t waste your money if you want a haircut, i went and asked if they was able to cut my hair and if they knew how to do the hairstyle i wanted, they said they was busy but to wait 20 min i ended waiting for 3 hours and the person who everyone said knew how to do the haircut i wanted ended up passing me to someone else because some lady requested her to blow dry her hair, so a new lady came who just messed up my hair and just was talking and talking and just damaged my hair to the point I can’t do nothing until it grows again. As soon as that person got more people to come in she said she was done and that was all. I have never had such horrible experience while cutting my hair like in this place. Its not worth getting your self esteem low for the low quality and price they charged. I recommend save your money and go some place else where they know what they are doing ."

"YIPSY is a great colorist :) When I arrived for my appointment, she was attentive and informative during our hair consultation. I showed her what I wanted, and she delivered! However, I had an issue with the person who washed my hair (I believe her name is betty). She definitely needs training or someone to guide her on how to do her job the right way. She doesn't understand proper salon etiquette when it comes to listening to customer requests. I had to tell her more than once to wash my hair gently and not hard or with her nails. I don't know if she didn't understand me, or it's her habit, clumsiness or straight up bad attitude (or perhaps it's time for her to retire). It was intentional and offensive enough to be considered a battery tort. Based on the reviews here, apparently, there is already someone who complained about the same thing. You don't want to end up in court one day for hurting someone's scalp this way. Another issue I had was when I was getting a haircut, the same person was invading my space with a broom and was almost sweeping my shoes with the broom. Everything else was good, and everyone at the salon was friendly and helpful."
