Please note that we use every minute of your appointment to ensure that the service you receive exceeds your expectations! If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel it to not inconvenience the rest of our clients.
We try to communicate with you through emails, text messages, and phone calls to remind you and confirm your appointment. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT! If you fail to confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, it will be automatically canceled, and we will give priority to the next client on the waiting list.
A "NO SHOW" is considered a "missed appointment," this occurs when you do not attend without notifying us at least 24 hours before your appointment. In this case, your deposit will be used to cover the No Show and will not be refunded.
Note: We follow health and safety protocols and Covid-19 prevention measures in our facilities.
