"I have all natural hair & a few grays. I when for them to dye my hair jet black to cover the grays and a style. They did a fantastic job with straight my hair so I thought, even since I been to them the text of my hair changed and has been back the same. My hair is like permanent straighten & my original curl pattern has never came back I believe they put perm in my hair without my consent. I call to ask them if that’s what they did and they didn’t admit it."

"Very pleased with this salon. The customer service is beyond amazing. The owners are friendly and caring. They are very attentive to what you need and want. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They are good at what they do. I have very thick hair, and not everyone knows how to cut it right. Mykel did an amazing job with my haircut. My hair was styled after by Yarelys, she did her job very proficiently. I loved how she styled it, and the hair products she used were of high quality. Very clean and organized place. Super pretty and decorated very nicely."
